ASC Alumnus publishes Dissertation in JEAS

Yotam Gidron (MSc class of 2016-2017) has published a version of his excellent dissertation (supervised by Sebabatso Manoeli) in the Journal of Eastern African Studies. Yotam is now on a DPhil programme in Durham University.

The article, entitled ‘”One People, One Struggle”: Anya-Nya Propaganda and the Isreali Mossad in Southern Sudan, 1969-1971,’ examines “the involvement of the Mossad, Israel’s national intelligence agency, in producing propaganda materials on behalf of the Southern Sudanese rebel group Anya-Nya, between 1969 and 1971.” See: https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/abs/10.1080/17531055.2018.1480103
